Melanie Rubin is a writer, video producer, instructional designer, and activist living in the American Southwest. She has a passion for getting up high enough to see which way the wind is blowing, even if sometimes that means getting caught in the storm (as it did the day this photo was taken.)

In these often stormy and troubling times, her greatest motivation is helping leave behind a world of freedom, possibility, and sovereignty for the children and young people on planet earth. That's why she is dedicated to the creation of parallel society.
